The conditions apply to all members and customers of the C2.
The C2 expressly reserves the right to refuse membership to potential members or to terminate an existing membership without giving reasons.
If such a case occurs, the member loses any right to use any features and benefits. Compensation claims of any kind are excluded. For fees already paid in the current calendar year, the current Terms & Conditions and regulations apply.
C2 members get access to a number of features & benefits listed on the website.
Features & benefits are subject to change without notice.
The membership fee is shown on the website www.codes2.trade at the time of payment.
The C2 reserves the right to change or expand all or any part of these general club Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
C2 club members are responsible for keeping themselves up to date with the latest C2 regulations.
Members are obliged to notify a change of address and / or email immediately.
The benefits of the respective club member are exclusively personal and cannot be assigned, transferred, sold, paid out in cash or reimbursed in the event of partial use.
These general conditions apply automatically from the time of their transmission / publication and from the validity date, which is listed in these provisions.
The C2 has unlimited liability - for whatever legal reason - only for intent. In the case of negligence, liability is only accepted if an obligation is violated, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on which the customer can regularly rely on compliance (cardinal obligation), as well as limited to the amount of the contract-typical foreseeable damage. Claims under the Product Liability Act and claims for damages due to injury to life, limb or health are excluded from the above exclusion of liability.
The C2 is not liable for the correctness of third party products that are offered. The membership fee do not allows access to the features and benefits that are made available by other members / companies.
